چکیده
Abstract Objective to analyze the agreement between Edmonton Frail Scale (EFS) and Clinical Functional Vulnerability Index (CFVI-20). Methods cross-sectional study, during which were applied, at home, older adults, registered in units of Family Health Strategy Montes Claros (MG) randomly selected by lot. To evaluate correlation instruments, Pearson's coefficient weighted Kappa calculated, considering three levels frailty classification, as follows: "robust", "risk frail" "frail" for IVCF-20 "not frail", "vulnerable" “frail’” EFS. Results We evaluated 673 predominantly brown, 60 74 years old female. According IVCF-20, 153 (22.7%) adults classified "frail", 195 (29%) 325 (48.3%) "robust". EFS, 159 (23.6%) "frail"; 112 (16.6%) "apparently vulnerable" 402 (59.7%) frail". was 0.865 (p<0.001) showed a positive instruments statistics value 0.532 (p=0.027), revealing moderate agreement. Conclusion The strong correlation, despite differences some their components. Both be compatible assessment context Primary Care.
